ADI Admin is made and operated by JMartyn Digital.

When you use ADI Admin, we may collect account information such as your name, email address, sign-in method, subscription status, and basic account activity.
The app also stores the information you choose to add, including pupil records, lesson records, diary details, block bookings, driving test records, pupil progress, income summaries, expenses, notes, and receipt images.
ADI Admin is provided by JMartyn Digital. For information you add to your own account, we act as the service provider for storing and running the app.

We use your information to provide the app, keep your account working, save your driving instructor admin records, manage subscription access, respond to contact messages, and improve the reliability of the service.
We do not sell your personal information.
We use your information where it is needed to provide the app and manage your account, subscription, support requests, security, and business records.
Our lawful bases may include contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and consent where required.
We use Firebase and Google services for authentication, Google sign-in, database storage, and file storage where needed, such as uploaded receipt images.

We use Netlify to host and run parts of the app. This may involve processing technical information such as IP address, browser details, device information, request logs, and pages visited.

Payments and subscription billing are handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on ADI Admin. Stripe processes payment details, billing details, checkout sessions, subscription status, and related payment information.

If you contact us through the app, your message may include your name, email address, account email, and the message you send.
We use this information to read, manage, and respond to your message. We may also keep contact messages for support, security, and business record purposes.
We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand basic website usage, such as page views, referrers, device type, country-level location, and performance information.

The app may use cookies, local storage, or similar browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your session, protect the app, and provide core functionality.
We do not currently use advertising cookies.
As a driving instructor, you may add personal information about your pupils or customers. You are responsible for making sure you have a lawful reason to add and manage that information in ADI Admin, and for giving pupils any privacy information you are required to provide.
You should only add information that is relevant to your driving instructor admin and avoid adding unnecessary sensitive information.
We keep your account and app records while your account remains active or while needed to provide the service, meet legal requirements, handle disputes, or maintain business records.
You can delete many records from inside the app. You can also request account deletion through your account area or by contacting us.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the use of your personal information. You may also have the right to data portability and the right to withdraw consent where consent is used.
