ADI Admin is an admin tool for driving instructors. It helps you manage pupil records, lessons, diary entries, block bookings, income, expenses, driving tests, and related business admin.

You agree to use the app responsibly, keep your login details secure, and only add information that you are allowed to store and manage.

ADI Admin is designed for UK-based driving instructors, including approved driving instructors and trainee driving instructors managing their own pupils and lesson records.

If you are outside the UK, or you are not using the app for UK driving instructor admin, you are responsible for checking whether the app is suitable for your needs before subscribing.

You are responsible for the information you add to your account and for keeping your account details accurate.

You must not share access to your account with anyone else or use the app in a way that could harm the service, other users, or our systems.

You may use ADI Admin to store information about pupils, customers, and lessons. You are responsible for making sure you have a lawful reason to add and manage that information.

You should not add unnecessary sensitive information, and you should keep the information you store accurate and up to date.

Some parts of ADI Admin may require a paid subscription. Subscription prices, limits, and features will be shown before you subscribe.

Payments and billing are handled securely through Stripe. Your subscription will continue until cancelled, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

ADI Admin may offer a free plan with limits, such as limits on pupil records or receipt uploads. These limits may change as the app develops.

Paid plans may unlock higher limits or additional features.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the account area of the app.

To cancel, sign in to your account, go to Account, choose Manage subscription, and follow the cancellation steps in the Stripe customer portal.

Cancelling a subscription stops future billing, but it does not automatically delete your account or app records.

Refunds are handled fairly and in line with your legal rights. If you believe there has been a billing mistake, contact us as soon as possible.

If a refund is approved, it will usually be returned to the original payment method used through Stripe.

We aim to keep ADI Admin available and working properly, but we cannot guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

We may update, change, pause, or remove parts of the app as the service develops.

ADI Admin is designed to help with admin, but you remain responsible for checking your own records and keeping any separate records or backups that your business needs.

You are responsible for checking that pupil records, lesson details, diary entries, payment statuses, block booking balances, income totals, expenses, driving tests, and uploaded files are accurate and up to date.

We aim to provide helpful checks and warnings, but ADI Admin cannot detect every possible mistake, edge case, unusual working arrangement, or incorrectly entered record. You should review your records regularly and correct any errors you find.

You should not rely on the app as your only copy of important business, tax, pupil, or lesson information.

ADI Admin is an admin tool only. It does not provide driving instruction, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or DVSA guidance.

You are responsible for your own professional judgement, pupil management, lesson decisions, tax records, and legal obligations.

You may be able to upload receipt images or other files in the app. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and store those files.

Do not upload anything unlawful, harmful, offensive, or unrelated to your driving instructor admin.

The app, branding, design, code, text, and related materials belong to us or our licensors. You must not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app.

The records and information you add to your own account remain your responsibility.

We may suspend or end access to the app if we believe these terms have been broken, if payment fails, if the app is misused, or if we need to protect the service.

You can also stop using the app at any time.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use ADI Admin.

We may update these Terms & Conditions as the app changes. The latest version will be shown on this page.

If you continue using the app after changes are made, you agree to the updated terms.
